Size (Not Relevant: As new development and major upgrade projects are the focus of the appraisal, and the size of a new project or a major upgrade is typically large ( > 100 man months), thus size is not relevant, the type of work is the main factor deciding the process used.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The project team structure is the same and the core is from Software Development Dept and supporting staffs are from other Depts, thus org structure is not relevant.) Type of Work: There are two types of work covered by the appraisal: New Development and Major Upgrade.
