Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All the projects are developed in the headquarters(Beijing). So the location is irrelevant.) Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers are the Communications industry.So the customer is irrelevant.) Size (Not Relevant: All the team sizes are between 15 to 25 people. The projects have similar size. So the size is irrelevant.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The company”s management structure is very flat and simple,All the projects are not significantly different.) Type of Work: There are two kinds of project: 1. Security Platform 2. Network System The Security Platform projects are B/S architecture,and Network System projects are C/S architecture. The two types of projects have different techniques and development apporaches.
