Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Development activities are done at one location only.) Customer (Not Relevant: There is a standard process of requirement communication in the group. All the development process for all the customers is the same. “Customer” has no impact with their development process.) Size (Not Relevant: All of the projects are of similar size.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization structure remains same for all the projects.) Type of Work: There are two types of R&D work: software R&D and system integration R&D. System integration R&D include the work of integrate the software they developed and the hardware they purchased.
Sampling Factor Values:	Software R&D (Type of Work): This subgroup deliver the software product and all of the product component is developed by the OU. System integration R&D (Type of Work): This subgroup deliver the system product, the software is self-developed and the hardware is purchased from the supplier.
