Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are in the mobile communication industry. Each project is required to follow the common OSSP no matter what target customer is. The target customer does not introduce any differences of process implementation. Therefore Customer is not a relevant sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: All projects have similar size. It does not introduce any differences of process implementation. Therefore Size is not a relevant sampling factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: This OU includes Research and Development Department and Business Department, which are required to follow the same OSSP and focus on different process areas. They do not introduce any differences of process implementation. Therefore Organizational Structure is not a relevant sampling factor.) Type of Work: There are 2 types of projects, Research and Development Project (only involve Research and Development Department itself) and Product Development Project (developed by Research and Development Department according to the requirements provided by Business Department).
