Customer (Not Relevant: End customers are governmental authorities. Customers don”t influence processes used.)
Size (Not Relevant: Engineers are organized in expert teams and are assigned to product developments when needed and available. All product developments use the same process. As a consequence size has no impact on processes.)
Organizational Structure: All products are developed in the same department with expert teams specialized on specific types of work, like requirements analyses, test etc. and supporting members. Experts are assigned to a product development, called project, when needed and when available. All supporters work for more than one support function.
