Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All Basic Units within TsingShan perform their task at the Chongqing Bishan site.) Customer (Not Relevant: All Basic Units have external customers and always the customers are same industry.) Size (Not Relevant: Project size may be different. Most of the project size are below 10 people. The organization assumes all project size are same and takes same process to manage project implementation.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All Basic Units relate to the same groups within Control Development Department.) Type of Work: There are two types of work where the processes are performed differently. One type of project is product development. The second one is product maintenance.
