Location (Not Relevant: The OU has a unique office in the city of Bogota, Colombia. All projects are working in the same location, so this is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The OU has defined a standard process to be executed uniformly across every team to ensure consistent results and quality. All the teams follow the same standard process no matter the customer. The customer is not relevant for the process usage.)
Size (Not Relevant: Each project team has usually 1 to 6 team members. No matter the quantity of project members, the team follows the same standard process.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The scope of the appraisal is the Software Development Management. The teams belong to the same department. Not a relevant sampling factor.)
