OFE: Companies in oil field exploration industry. Size (Not Relevant: The size of the basic unit is similar (10 FTEs) for all projects performed within the OU) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects were developed under same OU structure, and adopt same process and lifecycle.)
