Location (Not Relevant: All work is performed virtually. No co-located teams. Support functions work at Cognosante locations in Scottsdale, AZ or McLean,VA, and virtually.)
Customer: There are two primary types of customer, internal and external (revenue).
Size (Not Relevant: Cognosante software development projects are extremely small. Each development team consists of fewer than four people. They are supported by IT, QA, training, contract management, and BD staff who also support other Cognosante projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The Systems Integration and Development organization consists of all development projects within the Solutions Lab.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are healthcare software applications) |
