Sampling Summary:
(抽样汇总)
Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: The project development is performed on different French sites. The different sites will be involved, whilst there is no impact on the process. The same QMS (Chorus 2.0) is used by all.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The customer can be the French MoD or a foreign MoD. However, the way of managing the project is the same.)
Size: Projects are characterized in A0 (more simple), A1, A2 and CP (Critical Project). This characterisation is used for the process tailoring. A0 projects are excluded from the scope of this appraisal.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The projects are in different divisions under the TCS domains. The specificities of the division application domain do not impact the tailoring of pratices. However, all of them will be involved in the assessment to ensure consistency across the organisation.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The divisions develop or enhance systems or equipement for critical communication. The complexity of the work to be done is also taken into consideration by the factor size. Projects of the different divisions or involving several divisions are selected to verify process consistency)
Sampling Factor Values: CP (Size): Critical Project: project with a potential impact on the group
A2 (Size): Complexe Project from a technical or industrial point of view with a potential impact on the GBU results
A1 (Size): Medium Complexe project from a technical or industrial point of view with a potential impact on the domain results
Subgroups: Critical projects: Critical development projects involving several directions and sites
