Customer (Not Relevant: For ICT Services, all customers are external and belong to the Government domain. For Software Development, all customers are internal. Neither the Service Lifecycle processes nor the SDLC processes are applied differently based on customer type for ICT Services or Software Development. Thus, the customer type does not lead to any differentiation in process implementation for the OU – ICT Services and Software Development.)
Size: The basic units for Software Development are of similar sized team members (5-6). Thus, size factor is not a differentiator for Software Development. For ICT Services, there are differences in the way processes are executed depending on whether the basic unit is Large, Medium or Small size.
