Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Project Organization structure across the projects is same, due to which the project organization structure influence in the projects is same, it will not differ to consider it as a factor.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All the projects in the OU are similar in nature i.e. development type with same lifecycle. Due to this type of work influence in the projects is same, it will not differ to consider it as a factor.) |
