Customer: The development activities of the organizational unit are provided to deliver services to different customers in some cases it requires to make adaptations of GFI Norte methodology to meet customer demand; this is done at contact establishment premises during the offer preparation and defense. Main customers that request to have major adaptations are the two main clients: Lantik and EJIE.
