| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: Two locations but utilizes standard process defined at organization level and accounted for by Type of work. Projects are executed with team based in multi-location distribution considering the project needs, however, processes/quality management system implemented are common in any of the situations. Both locations have synchronized all efforts and resources to deliver the work.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Standard processes defined at organization level are uniformly implemented across every customer in order to ensure consistent outcome in quality and customer experience.)
