Location (Not Relevant: The work is performed in the sites of Brasília/DJ, Belo Horizonte/MG and Campina Grande/PB in Brazil. Nevertheless, the work is executed following the same processes in all sites.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The work is executed following the same processes for all the customers. Most of the customers of the organizational unit are governmental agencies responsible for providing technology services. Therefore, the customers’ needs are similar and there are no specific necessities do adapt the processes for different customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: The work is performed in the same way regardless the size of the project. All the projects of the organizational unit are of the same size. Specific process adaptations for projects with different characteristics are considered in the standard process definition. Those adaptations are small, and the adapted processes do not differ much among the projects, for instance, the product integration strategies are different for some projects, but the product integration process is the same.)
