Customer: Organization unit serves Non-Government (commercial) customers from multiple geographies (Americas/Europe/Asia) with onsite coordinators and hence considered to be relevant for sampling.
Size: Size of basic units are small (less than 1 calendar month), medium ( more than 1 month but less than 6 calendar months) and large (more than 6 calendar months) sized in the organizational unit and hence considered to be relevant for sampling.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structure across all the basic units in the organizational unit remains the same and hence not considered to be relevant for sampling.)
Type of Work: Software projects are developed in different life cycles (New Development, Enhancement, New Development and Maintenance) across basic units, developed in the similar technology (Java, C/C++, .Net) and hence considered relevant for sampling.
