The OU provides products and services for all customers with no process implementation difference.) Size (Not Relevant: Project and team size are all moderate and do not significantly influence process implementation in the OU and are not considered a management factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: People of the OU are physically distributed in 3 functional departments.(Technology, Software Development, Test) Projects of the OU are composed of people from these 3 departments base on their functions.) Type of Work: All works are software development projects. The products of the OU are two types: Desktop Application and Smart Phone Application. Process implementation are different for some activities.
