Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are different branches of NTT DATA group. The 3 teams follow the same process set to provide product and services for all customers.)
Size: Almost all projects of the OU are moderate-size projects with efforts between 20-40 MM. The OU defines moderate-size projects as “Common Size” projects. Large projects are rare. Although the OU’s projects follow the same lifecycle model and same process set regardless of the size of the projects, tailoring to the process set may influence the project execution.
Organizational Structure: Two software development teams and one test service team in 3 departments. The two development teams are responsible for software of different domains.
Type of Work: AMD and ESD are two software development teams that responsible for the execution of software development projects. TSD’s works are test service projects, that involves test requirement analysis, test design, test implementation. Therefore the test service projects are different works from the software development projects. |
