New Development Project (Type of Work): The projects are developed from scratch based on the customer requirements.
Enhancement Project (Type of Work): Based on the previous development results, the enhancement projects implement the new features and changes from customers. Different from the new development projects, the new features and changes in the SOW will be treated as change requests, and the analysis and design must be done based on the existing specifications. |
