Size (Not Relevant: The projects are all from 3-7 people with similar size.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The management structure is the same for all projects, follows the same set of processes, and contains the same group of people.)
Type of Work: The projects are divided into three groups: New Development, Upgrade, and New Functions, where the New Development means that the projects are new development, the Upgrade means that the projects are for updates of current systems, and the New Functions mean that the projects are adding new functions to existing system. |
