Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The location is not relevant for the process usage, because no matter where projects and maintenance activities are developed, the process involved is not affected. No other location besides Bogotá (Asesoftware offices or customer offices) is considered.) Customer (Not Relevant: The customer for which a project or maintenance is developed does not affect or limit the process usage.) Size: There are a size classification for projects and maintenance. Two classifications are relevant to determine the process usage: small projects and medium-large projects. When a new project or maintenance is identified, by means of a checklist criteria application the size classification is determined. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects and maintenances are developed inside Consulting Department.) Type of Work: Three types of work are recognized inside Consulting Department: New Development Projects, Application Maintenance and Project Phases Development.
