Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The OU operates in multiple cities. However the units operate seamlessly across locations with resource mix from all locations. Hence the location is not considered as a sampling factor.) Customer (Not Relevant: Projects are broadly based on same set of standard processes and minor differences taken care of by tailoring; Not a critical sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: Size is not used to differentiate how the work is performed. Same set of standard processes are used.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organization has two departments which are aligned with type of work. Since type of work is taken as sampling factor, this is not considered as sampling factor.) Type of Work: Two types of service lifecycle projects are in place.
Sampling Factor Values:	Advise and Implement (Type of Work): advisory and implementation services, spanning executive and technical functions, to help transform legacy IT security programs into proactive, Secure, Vigilant and Resilient. Managed Services (Type of Work): Managed Services help clients effectively monitor, manage, and measure complex risk and is helping clients respond swiftly to these disruptions by taking bold and innovative measures.
