Customer: Customers do not influence the processes – However the OU spokesperson requested that delivery to each customer be included in the appraisal. And hence this factor is marked relevant. All customers have installed the same product CES (Customer Experience System) with different versions.
Size (Not Relevant: Not relevant. All projects are of similar size and duration with a effort size of around 200 person months.)

Account 2 (Customer): Customer that has implemented the Organization’s product CES – Upgrade of large module to CES 9 and now minor Enhancements. FTE at upgrade ranges 20-30.
Account 3 (Customer): Customer that has installed Organization”s product CES. Ongoing enhancement releases based on change requests. At any time FTE varies between 40 to 60. |
