Location (Not Relevant: The OU is located in Brazil and location is not a factor in how the projects were managed.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All 3 Managed Delivery projects from the organization were in scope for selection and who the customer was did not impact how work was performed.)
Size (Not Relevant: There were only 3 managed delivery projects in the organization and the selection model indicated only 1 was required to be the basic unit. So, it was determined by the ATL and sponsor to select the largest project to show greater coverage of the organization. However, the other 2 projects did participate in the appraisal provding some PAs so size did not determine that any project be totally eliminated.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All managed delivery projects were aligned within the same organizational structure in the organization and this had no bearing on how they operated.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Brazil Avanade performed multiple types of work; however, only the managed delivery projects were in scope of this appraisal.)
