Customer (Not Relevant: Although there are different needs according to the customers, internally the customer requests are managed in the same way, so we can consider this factor has no influence in the way the activities are performed.) Size (Not Relevant: The size is not affecting the way the processes are applied. All projects are managed in the same way independent on the estimated effort to implement them.) Organizational Structure: There are different Development Groups, offering different solutions, within the Development Department Type of Work (Not Relevant: For all customers and/or solutions developed, the same activities are performed and the same process assets are used.)
