Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All of the teams are located in Shanghai. And the location has no impact on the process implementation.) Customer (Not Relevant: The customers are only from the Yunda Group. The customer has no impact on the process implementation.) Size: For large size projects(more than 25 man-month) and small size(less than 25 man-month) projects, they follow different requirement development processes. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Projects from different department, they follow the same processes.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: For the development, maintenance, etc. the same process is followed.)
Sampling Factor Values:	Large scale(more than 25 man-month) (Size): This type of projects need to produce detailed requirement survey report and produce the detailed SRS. Small scale(less than 25 man-month) (Size): This type of projects follow the simple requirement development process, produce feature list and no surver report.
