Location (Not Relevant: All 5 projects are in the same location (Rockville, MD) with no process difference regarding to location. Although team members need to work on customer site occasionally, but no process difference existed.)
Customer: Some customers require project’s deliverables follow the template provided by customer (PMP, Monthly Report, SRS, SDD, Test Plan), and use project management software and version control tool (TFS, VSS) provided by customer. This makes differences with respect to project management, requirement analysis, system design, verification, and version control.
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are large size with no differences in process execution.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are all in IT Solutions Practice Area with similar processes executed.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are development type of project with no major difference in process.) |
