Location (Not Relevant: Location has no direct consequence on the instantiation of processes in projects)
Customer (Not Relevant: The nature of the work they perform for different customers is typically similar and hence the type of customer has no effect on the processes used)
Size (Not Relevant: The way in which the work is performed in the appraised organization does not vary significantly based on size. In addition, as standard methodology is followed in the define processes and hence there is no significant impact on process implementation)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same organization structure)
Type of Work: There are differences in the instantiations of processes in the organization based on the type of work. There are two types of projects within the OU – BA & Research Analysis and QA and Project Management Projects |
