Customer (Not Relevant: The customer of the OU is distance education college of DUFETECH and has no impact to the processes in the OU.) Size: The sizes of the teams are normally at two levels, which both require the teams to follow some different procedures. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The Software R&D and Maintenance Center is the main body of software product development in the OU.) Type of Work: There are two types of work in the OU, which both require the teams to follow some different procedures.
Sampling Factor Values:	Larger (Size): The larger teams, with more than 10 persons, need to follow some different procedures during their work. Smaller (Size): The smaller teams, with 3-6persons, need to follow some different procedures during their work as well. New product development (Type of Work): The new product development work type requires the teams to follow some different processes.
