Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All software development work is done in the OU in Dalian.) Customer (Not Relevant: The Customer types in the OU do not have impact to the processes and procedures used in the product and project development work.) Size: The team sizes in the OU normally are classified as 2 levels. And the team size difference requires different tailoring and adoption to the processes and templates defined in the OU. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All SW related work is done in the Software R&D Department in the OU.) Type of Work: The work types in the OU are all new product development type, and maintenance type for education and training software products.
Sampling Factor Values:	Larger Team (Size): The large teams normal with about 10 persons need to follow different processes and template, tailoring and adoption than other smaller teams. Smaller Team (Size): The small teams normal with 3-4 persons follow different processes and template tailoring and adoption than other sizes of teams. All new product development (Type of Work): The all new product development based on customer requirements requires the teams to work according to different processes. Maintenance type (Type of Work): The maintenance work type conduct maintenance, optimizing, and new updates to existence system according to client needs that require the teams to work according other different processes.
