Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects/support function follow the same processes.) Type of Work: There are two types of work (New Development, Feature Enhancement) which cause process difference in life cycle model, estimation method, MA, traceability and change management, and some engineering process areas regarding to RD, TS, and PI.
