Customer: The enterprise and governmental clients have impact to the procedures and templates adopted during the development of the projects and products for the two client types in the OU.
Size (Not Relevant: The team sizes in the OU are between 5-10 persons and do not have impact to the procedures and standards followed by the teams during work.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All project and product development work is done in the R&D Center in the OU.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develops RFID application, embedded software and internet of things software projects and products.)
Product Type: The products in the OU are divided into two types which are mobile payment products and internet of things products, which the teams need to follow different procedures and templates during the development of these two product types. |
