Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: Technical Engineering Department is at Wuhu location and only this location is considered in appraisal so, location is not a differentiator and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied.) Customer (Not Relevant: Technical Engineering Department is considered as Organization Unit. OU is engaged in developing various Automotive application platforms for various commercial clients. Standard process is defined at organization level with minor tailoring is followed for each client. No significant change is observed in the process being followed by these basic units. Therefore ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is not considered for project selection.) Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of typically similar staff size (10-12 staff). There is no variation in the work performed in these projects due to project team size and hence all projects are required to follow same processes irrespective of project team size.)
