Therefore, the customers’ needs are similar and there are no specific necessities do adapt the processes for different customers.)

The process is supported by a tool that implements small process adaptations, for instance, budgeting procedures differ in the case the requirement providers are internal of the organizational unit, but the overall process is basically the same.)
