| Sampling Factors: |
Location: Two locations Spain and Chile
Customer (Not Relevant: All projects used the same Quality System independently of the customer. Sometimes, customer requires to use some specific tools or templates, in this case the quality assurance department evaluates them and approves it use if they are allign with the methodology. That is why customer is not a relevant factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: The methodology does not make any distintion or tailoring based on size, so size is not a relevant factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same tools, templates and processes independly of the organizational structure, so the organizational structure is not a relevant factor.)
Type of Work: Type of work is a sampling factor because the quality system describes different tools, methods and documentation to be used depending on the type of work (Development and Maintenance). |
