Location (Not Relevant: All projects are developed in Huilian Road location, Shanghai. Location is not a relevant factor.)
Customer: Their current processes satisfy most customers, however, Japan customers require more audits on processes and more participation in the projects. So there are two types of customers: Japan customer and non-Japan customer. Processes as PPQA, PMC, VER, VAL differs. This is only for customized project development(Type of work).
Size (Not Relevant: Since size of all projects is small and almost same of human resource(around 10), size is not a relevant factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The projects are all developed in R&D Center under TECH. Organizational structure is not a relevant factor.)
Type of Work: There are two types of work: self-funded product development and customized project development. Customized project development is customization to exsiting Oracle-based products. Processes as RD, TS, PI, VAL differs. |
