All projects follow the same process set to provide product and service for all customers.) Size: Almost all projects of the OU are small size projects with efforts around 10-20MM. Large projects are rare. Although the OU’s projects follow the same lifecycle model and same process set regardless of the size of the projects, tailoring to the process set may influence the project execution. Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU is the only development team of the organization, and it is a small development team.) Type of Work: All works are software development projects, but the projects may create a new system or maintain the current system for customer. This may influence the process implementation.
