PDSS-Impl: This subgroup is responsible for product implementations. Implementation methodology follows five phases and is overseen by a project management function. Phases include Analyze (what the solution needs to accomplish), Design (define solution components and their dependencies), Build (integrate components using an iterative development cycle), Deploy, and Operate (maintenance checkpoints, back up and data restoration, and ongoing monitoring and performance management).

PDSS-M&S: This subgroup is responsible for maintenance & support of products. Service offerings are modular and scalable allowing customers to customize the services. Supporting business critical, high availability system requirements, customers can enhance and upgrade base offerings, such as hardware and software Maintenance or additional service offerings such as Enhanced Technical Support, Warranty/ Maintenance Service Upgrade and Committed Services.
