Customer (Not Relevant: Projects are executed for multiple customers. However, projects in the OU follow EPIC defined QMS processes. The standard processes are not impacted based on customer. Hence customer is not an influencing factor)
Size (Not Relevant: The organization processes do not differentiate based on project size. There is no variation in the work performed by the projects based on the team size. Hence size is not an influencing factor)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization is small and flat in structure and process followed is not influenced by organization structure)
Type of Work: The projects in OU are of 2 types (1) Data Analytics (2) Software Maintenance & Support. The process adopted is slightly different across these 2 types of work |

Data Analytics projects tasks includes identifying and acquiring new data sources, determining requirements, overseeing data integration, monitoring data quality, and supporting business intelligence dashboard development and performance reporting
