Customer (Not Relevant: Not relevant. Most of the customers are related to Government agencies following regulations required by that type of market sector, not variations based on customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Not relevant. Projects within the scope of the CMMI initiative follow same processes and guidelines regarding the size. Design and Development projects are usually large projects and adjustments are made based on size but as part of the tailoring. At the time of the appraisal there was not what could be considered a small project being performed.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Not relevant. All projects are planned and executed within the same organizational unit structure at ESEN.)
