Customer (Not Relevant: The OU projects are being executed for uniform type of commercial customers and projects work is in similar in nature (web application Development / Maintenance). Standard QMS processes are followed across the customers without modifications. Hence Customer is not an influencing factor)
Size (Not Relevant: The projects in OU are of small in size and process followed is not influenced by size)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organization is having a flat structure. All project managers report to senior management without any further hierarchy.)
