Location: One location i.e. Visakhapatnam – This has no bearing on process execution. (This Factor is defined ‘Relevant’ in order to follow the SAS requirement: at least one Factor should be ‘Relevant.’)
Customer (Not Relevant: Not Relevant – Same standard processes defined at organization level is utilized across different customers. No critical changes based on individual customers is applied. Therefore the “Customer” factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Not Relevant – Size is not considered to be a material factor while delivering a type of work in this OU. Standard processes are not differentiated based on size. Therefore the “Size” factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Not Relevant -Work performed in different businesses in OU structure is not seen to be different. Uniformly, same set of standard process is utilized everywhere in the OU. Therefore, the structure factor is not considered as a relevant sampling factor)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Not Relevant -Type of work includes Software Development work i.e. enhancing, customizing and implementing the products where implementation requires multiple release-wise development. Development of software with tasks covering such as requirements gathering, design, coding, testing. Standard processes defined at organization level are implemented to execute the work.) |
