Actually the organizational unit is a very small organization that has few customers and most of their customers are on the same market type and regarding educational services actually the organizational unit use the same process and software life cycle to perform project activities.)
Size (Not Relevant: The size is not affecting the way the processes are applied. All projects are managed in the same way independent on the estimated effort to implement them. Actually the organizational unit has worked in few projects since 2 years ago and most of them are in a range of less than 1,500 cosmic function points, due that actually the OU has used similar process, software life cycle and tailoring guidelines for all projects.)
