Size (Not Relevant: The size is not affecting the way the processes are applied. All projects are managed in the same way independent on the estimated effort to implement them. Actually the organizational unit has worked in few projects and most of them are in a range of less than 500 cosmic function points, due that actually the OU has used similar process, software life cycle and tailoring guidelines for all projects.))
