Customer (Not Relevant: No Process diversity based on Customer. All the work in the OU is focused on Public Sector Finance and the projects are the Vietnamese public services / Government sector projects in the area of finance and regulatory needs of the various government departments. Same quality manual system is used and there is no diversity based on individual customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: No difference based on team or work size. Team sizes vary from 7 to 38 and sampling is done at both ends of the spectrum.)
Organizational Structure: FPS has 3 groups SOF1, SOF3 and SOF5 focused on various domains within Public Finance and working within groups may have process diversity
