Location (Not Relevant: Organization has a defined set of standard processes to be followed independent of the location from where project it is executed i.e. Hanoi and HCMC. Centralized SEPG team is responsible for its development and deployment across locations. Project execution and governance structure is consistent across locations reporting to same senior management. Hence this was not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Projects in OU provides services to external customers. All these projects are executed from organizations locations mentioned above hence able to follow defined standard processes. Projects that are managed by customer hence driven by customer processes are not part of this OU. Hence this was not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Size: Different size for development life cycle projects i.e. Large and Small has a bearing on process execution.
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Project Managers and other participants follow the same standard process and report to the same senior management. The organizational structure does not drive a different process to be followed.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: OU has projects with a similar development lifecycle projects. Hence this was not considered as sampling factor) |
