The works are done in the same way regardless customers, there are no significant difference in implementation of processes noticed between projects for different customers.) Size (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. The size of projects in the organization unit are similar, there is no extremely large or small projects. No notable difference be observed.) Organizational Structure: Relevant. The organization has two product lines, the Simulation System development and the related Information Management System. And accordingly the Development Department are roughly divided into two groups. There are some difference between the two groups in RD, VER, VAL and PI processes. Type of Work (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. There is only one type of work in the target organization, that is the software solution development. The work is done in the same way among all projects.)
