Location (Not Relevant: The projects reside in Toranomon, Otsuka, Makuhari, and Kamata. However, the projects merely reside near their customers and the difference of the location doesn”t affect the way of projects work.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The OU”s customers are limited to government offices and their affiliated organizations. Then, the difference of the customers doesn”t affect the way of projects work.)
Size (Not Relevant: The regular workers in the projects are highly variable in head-count. However, the size of almost projects in the OU is large when including subcontractors. Project size doesn”t affect the way of projects work.)
Organizational Structure: The OU has four divisions. All projects in each division develop the system for the government offices and their affiliated organizations. The OU has only one set of organizational standard processes. Then, the work among all projects in the OU is performed similarly.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU has two types of projects. The one is a software development project. The other is a sustainment projects. Both projects include software development and use the same standard processes. Then, the type of work doesn’t affects the way of projects work.) |
