Customer (Not Relevant: Since the OU focuses on development of core business application software of government Agencies’ and Ministries’ systems, there are no differences in process implementation in the OU based upon this factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: Since all projects basically follow the same software development lifecycle regardless of project size, there are no differences in process implementation in the OU based upon this factor.)
Organizational Structure: Since the OU is composed of a single group, ‘Government & Public Systems Group,’ there are no differences in process implementation in the OU based upon this factor. (This Factor is defined ‘Relevant’ in order to follow the SAS requirement: at least one Factor should be ‘Relevant.’)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Since all projects including both the new development and enhancement of core business application software, follow the same software development lifecycle, there are no differences in process implementation in the OU based upon this factor.) |
