Location (Not Relevant: All projects are developed in their Hangzhou”s offices, location is no influence to the process.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Most customers are the departments of Geely group, the projects follow the similar process. A few customers are outer, and they also follow the similar process.)
Size (Not Relevant: The projects are all from 6 to 8 months and from 5 to 10 developers, there is no difference for their process.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are two small development departments in the OU for different systems, they follow the similar process.)
